There are obviously thousands of wonderful books out there for you to read to little ones of this age but if you wanted some inspiration to make a change from that one book your toddler always asks you to read to them, I have listed some that are well loved in this home. Many are repetitive and melodic which this age loves. Lots have an element of surprise as the characters try and find someone, or include simple counting. Nursery rhymes are a great favourite with this age so don’t forget those too!
